As most of you know, Sensei DelleDonne is retiring, and her last day will be Friday, March 27th.

VMAC will be providing some cupcakes and drinks Friday, March 27th from 5:00 – 6:30 pm in order to give you a change to come and say good bye to her one last time. She has been with Virginia Martial Arts Center since July, 1999 and she will be missed!
